Meet Sierra
Sierra Alexander, MS, EdS, LMHC
Hi there, my name is Sierra Alexander. I am a therapist and founder of Empowered Alignment. I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida, with my practice operating out of West Palm Beach. I hold a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from University of Florida and a Master's of Science and Education Specialist Degrees in Counseling and Human Services from Florida State University.
Outside of my therapeutic work, I have a passion for meaningful connection with others, time spent in nature, traveling the world, and animals.

I believe in establishing a collaborative and authentic therapeutic relationship. By exploring and examining beliefs, values, and intersecting identities, I view clients holistically, not simply in the context of their mental health concerns. I integrate spirituality, intuitive work, tarot, and astrology into my practice with those who align with these avenues of healing and exploration. Through warmth, empathy, and genuine interest, I aim to help my clients feel heard, supported and empowered.
